On Monday, December 7th, Chef Lata is headed to NYC to cook a Southern dinner in the kitchen at Aldea, George Mendes’ restaurant. This is part of a kitchen swap between the two chefs, for which George will travel to Charleston on Sunday, January 24th to cook a Portuguese meal in FIG’s kitchen.
